One Nation Paris Outlet
Open architecture
One Nation drew inspiration from the architecture of the VMS CamTrace
Located in the Yvelines department, near the town of Plaisir and about 30 minutes from Paris, the One Nation Paris Outlet shopping center has established itself as one of the top shopping destinations in western Paris. Opened on December 4, 2013, this outlet center offers a unique shopping experience by bringing together numerous major brands in a modern, open shopping mall.
One of the aspects that sets the shopping mall apart is its open-air architecture. Organized around patios and outdoor walkways, it prioritizes natural light and ventilation to reduce energy consumption compared to fully enclosed shopping centers.
More than 4,000 plants and trees have been incorporated into the landscaping to create a pleasant, green environment for visitors. A large glass canopy also covers certain areas to protect customers from the rain while allowing light to pass through.
A large shopping mall
The center is based on the “outlet” concept, which involves selling previous seasons’ collections from various brands at discounted prices. Visitors can thus enjoy permanent discounts ranging generally from 30% to 70% off the prices charged in traditional retail chains.
With over 90 stores and several hundred brands represented, the center offers a diverse selection covering fashion, accessories, sports, beauty, and home goods. Visitors can find international and French brands such as Sandro, The Kooples, Levi’s, and Zadig & Voltaire.
The center spans approximately 24,000 square meters across two levels and is part of the Plaisir–Les Clayes-sous-Bois retail area. It also features several restaurants and dining areas where visitors can take a break during their shopping day.
Easily accessible by car thanks to its proximity to the A13, A12, and N12 highways, the site features a free parking lot with approximately 1,250 spaces. It is also accessible by public transportation from Paris via the Transilien’s N line.

CamTrace provides video surveillance for the site
More than a hundred cameras are managed by the CamTrace video surveillance software. The version installed by the integrator TTS is 9.16.2.1, as the CamTrace servers were commissioned before the release of SIRION 17. A failover architecture has been implemented to ensure service continuity even in the event of hardware failures: a primary server remains continuously active, while a secondary server can take over if malfunctions are detected on the primary server. To ensure site security, several operators take turns to continuously monitor the shopping center using video walls created with the CamTrace Client visualization software.
